How It Started
What began as a curiosity about growing our own food quickly turned into a passion. We were amazed by how much nutrition could be packed into these tiny greens—and how incredible they tasted fresh from the tray.
After perfecting our growing methods and sharing harvests with friends and family, the response was overwhelming. "Where can we buy more?" they asked. And just like that, Wind River Greens was born.
